Certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Tuscan-style, late harvest olive oil made from a blend of  Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiola, Taggiasca and Coratina olives. Enjoy this olive oil on pasta, in salad dressings, as a finish to grilled meats and seafood, or simply drizzle it on cheese or good, hearty bread.

Our trees are from Tuscany and are grown sustainably in the coastal hills of Central California. Our olives are hand-harvested by friends and are crushed using a traditional stone mill, then cold pressed.

Our Yuzu Olive Oil is an exciting new fusion of this exotic Japanese citrus and rich California olive oil. Our estate grown yuzus and Tuscan varietal olives are milled together to make a perfect marriage of East and West in this distinctive olive oil.

Seafood, salad greens, steamed vegetables and light pasta dishes are all enhanced by the complex citrus notes in this delicious oil.

Our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil is a zesty addition to your cooking palette. Tangy-sweet Meyer lemons are crushed along with our olives to create a blend of the oils of citrus and olive. These refreshing and earthy flavors enliven your culinary creations from seafood to chicken, salads and pasta.

This premium olive oil is made from the same Tuscan varietal olives as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Meyer lemons, grown in the coastal valleys of California. They are harvested by hand and crushed together using a traditional stone mill.

Our Mandarin Tangerine Olive Oil is an exotic citrus flavored olive oil. Use it to enhance your culinary creations of chicken, pork and even desserts. Aromatic tangerines are added to the olives in the crushing process, and essential oils of the citrus are extracted with the olive oil to produce this delectable oil.

This premium olive oil is made from the same Tuscan varietal olives as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Mandarin tangerines, grown in the coastal valleys of California. They are harvested by hand and crushed together using a traditional stone mill.
