Our Yuzu Olive Oil is an exciting new fusion of a rare Japanese citrus and rich California olive oil. A perfect marriage of East and West is created in this distinctive olive oil. Seafood, salad greens, steamed vegetables and light pasta dishes are all enhanced by yuzu’s complex citrus notes of lemon, tangerine, lime and grapefruit.

This premium olive oil is made from olives and yuzus grown in the coastal valleys of Central California.
