Olive Oil

Here on the Central Coast of California, we craft our artisan olive oil to perfection.

Tuscan varietals, California Style

Our grove is made up of leccino, frantoio, pendolino and coratina olive trees from traditional Italian stock, plus a few other varieties for flavor nuances. Under the California sun, our trees thrive in the mild coastal climate to produce fantastic olives. Each year, the unique blend from our ranch is certified by the California Olive Oil Council.

award Winning Sustainability

We believe in using sustainable farming methods to ensure our land will last for future generations. We use no petrochemical fertilizers or pesticides, and we use no herbicides. Our oil has been recognized as a Good Food Awards winner due to our approach to quality and sustainability.

Citrus olive oils

Along with our original extra virgin olive oil, we create our outstanding citrus-flavored oils. Our unique milling method combines fresh whole citrus with our olives at the mill where they are pressed together, marrying the flavors into three different smooth yet bright oils.

Harvest party

When the olives are ready, nearly a hundred friends and family members gather at the ranch for a good old fashioned harvest party. With abundant food and drink, our jolly workers head out into the grove to pick olives by hand into a "field blend", combining every olive variety we grow into a single batch. Within 24 hours our olives arrive at the mill and are expertly crushed to create a beautiful, mellow oil. The olive oil returns home to the ranch and is stored in stainless steel barrels before periodic bottling.
