Our story

It all started when...

Tiber Canyon Ranch has been a part of this secluded valley in San Luis Obispo since the early twentieth century. Comprising fifty acres of oak and manzanita, the ranch is nestled in the golden hills between the Pacific Ocean and Santa Lucia Mountains. Although the area has a favorable climate and wealth of natural resources, it remained largely undeveloped over the years. In World War I, the ranch contributed to the war effort by producing dried apricots and plums from a ten acre grove to be shipped overseas to Allied troops.

In 1993, we arrived on the ranch to pursue our passion for glass-blowing. We built our timber-frame barn and set up shop inside. Where those apricot and plums trees once stood, our grove of Northern Italian varietal olives now stand. Each year, our labor produces a wonderful olive oil we are proud to call our own.

We invite you to come visit the ranch and see a bit more of our paradise for yourself.
